How do I get a quote?

Submit the estimate request form on this site with your property details and the services you're interested in. We'll get in touch to schedule a free in-person walkthrough of your property, then follow up with pricing based on what we actually see.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The property visit and the written estimate cost nothing, and there's no obligation to book. If the numbers don't work for you, that's a completely fine outcome.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

Accepted Answer

It helps, but it isn't required for most properties. Being there means you can point out problem areas and ask questions directly, which usually produces a more accurate quote. If your schedule doesn't allow it, we can walk the property and follow up by phone or email.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the season and how full our routes are. Spring is the busiest stretch by a wide margin. Reach out and we'll tell you honestly where you'd land on the schedule rather than promising a date we can't hold.

Why isn't your pricing listed on the website?

Because any number we posted would be wrong for most properties. Lot size, slope, obstacles, gate access, how much trimming a property needs, and its current condition all change the work involved. Rather than advertise a low number and revise it upward after we show up, we quote after seeing the property.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash only at this time. We're a new business and haven't set up card processing yet. When we add other payment options, we'll let existing customers know directly.

Do you require a contract?

Not for standard residential maintenance. Recurring mowing runs on an ongoing basis and you can stop at any time. Larger cleanup projects and commercial accounts are quoted with a written scope of work so both sides know exactly what's included.

Do you charge extra if the grass is overgrown?

A first cut on a badly overgrown lawn takes significantly longer and is harder on equipment, so it may be quoted separately from the regular rate. We'll tell you that up front during the estimate — never as a surprise afterward.

What areas do you serve?

Genesee County, Michigan. That includes Flint, Grand Blanc, Burton, Davison, Fenton, Swartz Creek, Mt. Morris, Flushing, Linden, Goodrich, and the surrounding townships and communities. If you're near the county line, ask — we may still be able to help.

What happens if it rains on my service day?

We don't mow saturated turf. Wet grass cuts unevenly, and mowers rut soft ground in ways that take weeks to recover. When weather pushes us, we shift your service to the next workable day and keep your rotation intact.

Question 11

Do I need to be home for regular service?

Accepted Answer

No. Once we're on a schedule, we service the property whether you're there or not. We just need reliable access — if there's a locked gate or a dog in the yard, let us know how you'd like us to handle it.

Do you serve commercial properties?

Yes. We handle both residential and commercial accounts, including office frontage, rental and multi-unit properties, and small business lots. Commercial work is quoted the same way — an in-person walkthrough first.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry liability insurance. We're happy to provide proof of coverage on request, which commercial and property-management clients often need for their own records.

Do you offer aeration and overseeding?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. We'd rather do a smaller set of services properly than stretch into work we're not fully equipped for. Aeration and overseeding are on the list as we grow, and we'll say so clearly here when we add them.

Do you do snow removal?

It's coming. We're building out snow service so we can keep working with our customers through the Michigan winter rather than disappearing in November. Mention it on your estimate request and we'll contact you before the season starts.

Can I get mowing without the other services?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Plenty of customers are on mowing alone. You can add mulching, edging, or cleanups later, or never — there's no bundle you're required to take.

Question 17

What do you do with the clippings and yard waste?

Accepted Answer

Clippings from regular mowing are dispersed back into the lawn, which returns nitrogen to the soil. We'll bag them instead if you prefer. Leaves and debris from cleanups are hauled away — we don't leave piles at the curb for you to deal with.

Will the same crew service my property each time?

That's the goal, and it's a big part of why route consistency matters to us. A crew that knows your property knows where the sprinkler heads are, which corner stays wet, and how you like the edges done.
